Rifleman Guiseppe Victor ("Joseph") Raggio was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1882, in Holborn, the son of Italian-born parents Anthony, a picture frame maker by trade, and Teresa Raggio. At the time of the 1911 Census, the younger Raggio was working as an asphalter's labourer while living with his wife Alice Turner, whom he had married in 1903, and three children at 15 Vineyard Walk, Farringdon Road.

Raggio died on 23 October 1917, on the Western Front, while serving with the 2/11th (County of London) Battalion (Finsbury Rifles), The London Regiment.

He is buried in Longuenesse Souvenir Cemetery, St. Omer.
