Fusilier John Gerald Johansen was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the Second World War.

He was born in 1914, in Liverpool, the son of Danish sailor Hans Christopher and Elizabeth Johansen (née McBride), local to the city.

Johansen died on 5 December 1943, during the Italian Campaign, while serving with the 1st Battalion, The Royal Irish Fusiliers (Princess Victoria's).

He is buried in the Sangro River War Cemetery.
