Serjeant Hermann Pieske was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the Second World War.

He was born in 1909, in Fulham, the son of German-born tailor Hermann and Martha Pieske (née Sheldon), of London.

Pieske died on 29 May 1940, during the Battle of France, while serving with 64 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery. He had married, in 1932, to Kathleen Rose Barham.

He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Dunkirk Memorial.
