Private Fritz Kochy was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1885, in Kensington, the son of German-born Heinrich and Annie Kochy (née Halksworth), of Manchester.. At the time of the 1911 Census, the younger Kochy was working as a salesman while living with his maternal grandparents at 95 Wellington Road, Heaton Chapel.

Kochy died on 30 July 1916, during the Somme Offensive, while serving with the 17th (Service) Battalion (2nd City), The Manchester Regiment on the Western Front.

He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Thiepval Memorial.
