Flight Sergeant Frank Winston A. Gonsalves was a Guyanese airman of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve who died during the Second Word War.

He was born the son of Deogo Aloysius and Anita Marie Louse Gonsalves, of Georgetown, British Guiana (now Guyana).

Gonsalves, an air gunner with 356 Squadron, died on 18 August 1945, when B-24 Liberator KH218 ditched into the Andaman Sea while on a night mission, with the loss of its crew.RAF Liberator Squadrons, rafb24.com. Retrieved 20 August 2013.</ref>

He and his crew have no known grave and are commemorated by the Singapore Memorial.
