Private Charles ("Charlie") Rubenstein was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in Leeds, Yorkshire, the son of Russian parents Jacob, a tailor presser by profession, and Celia Rubenstein.

Aged 24, Rubenstein died on 17 October 1917, during the Third Battle of Ypres, while serving with the 25th (Tyneside Irish) Battalion, The Northumberland Fusiliers on the Western Front. He had formerly belonged to the West Yorkshire Regiment.

He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Tyne Cot Memorial.
