Gunner Charles Luckavitch was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the Second World War.
He was born in Lancashire, the son of Lithuanian born parents Ludwig, in 1911 a copper man by trade, and Agnes Luckavitch.
Aged 32, Luckavitch died on 8 September 1944, during the Italian Campaign, while serving with 26 Medium Regiment, Royal Artillery. He had married, in 1939, to Marion Cowsill.
He is buried in Gradara War Cemetery,
