Rifleman Benjamin Goldstein was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1894, in Whitechapel, the son of Morris, a tailor of coats, and Millie Goldstein, of Poland and Courland, respectively. At the time of the 1911 Census, Goldstein was working as an accountant's clerk while living with his family at 30 Tenter Street East.

Goldstein died on 6 September 1918, of wounds received on the Western Front, while serving with the 13th (Service) Battalion, The Prince Consort's Own (Rifle Brigade). A younger brother, Emanuel, a private in the Middlesex Regiment, died three weeks later.

He is buried in Abbeville Communal Cemetery Extension.
