Arthur Gidolovitch

Private Arthur Gidalovitch was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in London, the son of Russian-born parents Simon and Fanny Gidalovitch. At the time of the 1911 Census, the Gidalovitch family were residing at 62 Old Montague Street.

Aged 20, Gidalovitch died on 29 May 1917, of wounds received on the Salonika Front, while serving with the 3rd Battalion, The Duke of Cambridge's Own (Middlesex Regiment).

He is buried in Struma Military Cemetery, Greece.
