Private Albert Ruben (or Rubin) was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the Second World War.
He was born c. 1916, in Leeds, the son of Russian-born parents Julius and Katie Ruben (née Miller).
Aged 25, Ruben died on 31 March 1941, during the Eritrean Campaign against Italy, while serving with the 1st Battalion, The Worcestershire Regiment.[1]
He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Khartoum Memorial.
